The Chinese arch at the top of Chinatown, Liverpool, shrouded in fog just before the Chinese New Year celebrations.  Any excuse to use the word shrouded.

Cool either which way and one of the first things the council covered up at the start of Capital of Culture year (not for long thankfully, the irony was soon pointed out.)
