Banksy

Banksy graffiti on the corner of Berry Street and Duke Street in Chinatown – depending on who you ask, this is either a rat or a cat. Cool either which way and one of the first things the council covered up at the start of Capital of Culture year (not for long thankfully, the irony was soon pointed out.)
Casartelli Building, Duke Street

The Casartelli Building, Duke Street. This is not the original building – the original building was demolished after it fell into such a state of disrepair that it could not be saved. This new building was built to the exact layout as the old using as much material from the old building that could be saved.
