A snapshot of Liverpool's ever changing waterfront. I started working in Liverpool about 11 years ago - a good two thirds of what is on this picture did not exist at that time. The change in just over a decade has been staggering and it's still going - just out of shot are the ferry terminal, Echo Arena and the new buildings at Mann Island. The architectural merits of the new buildings are debatable but such investment in a city that stood still for so long is welcome. The ever changing waterfront
